点评：Went for Sunday Lunch. Our waiter/front of house person.Would shout from behind the bar over the top of people to where we were seated. Not once, but all the time seemed too lazy to come over to talk to us. Others in the restaurant at the time commented about this also. When drinks came over, small bottles of beer were served in 1-pint glasses even for women. The cutlery arrived plonked in the middle of the table; the server said they had no napkins and asked if we wanted some blue hand paper from the dispenser. Then the food: one person on our table got their soup; no other starters arrived, so they started. A few minutes later he shouted that the soup was for another table. The people on the other table were stunned. Then the rest of the starters arrived a few minutes after the soup was finished. This was a mix-up with a spare dish. The mushrooms were also burnt and rock solid. The main dish, despite looking attractive, was little better. We did get refunded for a starter but left desperately disappointed, not going to return, which is a shame as the views are lovely and in a nice setting. As they say, you only get one chance to make a first impression. And ours was: how could anybody let this person be the front of house?
