Unsafe boat trip with poor information and windsurfers too close. Overall a disappointing experience.

点评：We went on a private boat trip with Blue Submarine January 4th to see the dugong, sea turtles, coral reefs, and fish. We are a family of five from Denmark with three children aged 8, 12, and 15. Unfortunately, the trip — which was quite expensive for us — did not go as expected.
Strong winds over the past day meant that many windsurfers were in the exact area where the dugong and sea turtles can be seen. It felt very unsafe to have surfers flying past us, and there were arguments between our captain/guide and the surfers. Several surfers even tried to spray water on us with their boards, which was very unpleasant. We caught a few glimpses of the dugong, but the sense of insecurity completely overshadowed the experience.
Afterwards, we sailed to the reef to see fish and other marine life. Some of us went diving, which was fine, and the guide was good here. For those who snorkeled, conditions were not ideal, though we were somewhat aware of this beforehand.
Overall, however, it was a relatively poor experience. It felt more like the focus was on making money from us rather than providing the best possible trip. We are normally positive people who enjoy new experiences, but Blue Submarine must always ensure customer safety and that guests feel secure and have fun. Information about the trip — both before and during — could also be improved. What exactly will you see, where, and how does it work? This could be done better.
Sadly, only two stars from us. We stayed at TC Happy Life.
