点评：We had a fantastic morning with Hilo Shark and his wife at their family farm. This is a very special experience where you can see all the stages of small scale coffee and chocolate production. We tasted wonderful samples of coffee, chocolate, cacao tea and amazing iced drinks and sorbets to beat the heat. We also made our own specialty chocolates in various candy molds. This is a great morning out for a family or couple or anyone who is curious about how coffee and chocolate are produced and interested in the natural history of Hawaii. We also learned about the vanilla plant and how it is harvested and turned into vanilla extract or sold as pods. Hilo Shark is incredibly knowledgeable and he and his wife are generous hosts and a lot of fun to speak to, making this a one of a kind island experience.
