点评:We visited here while also seeing the Bishops Palace and Cathedral. We included it on our ticket and it was interesting to see. There is a no photography rule which we honoured in the building but we did take a couple of snaps of the exterior. Inside is a lot of history of the royal family and the country. The jewels themselves are impressive and while the space is narrow for a wheelchair, we were able to get by nicely. There are a couple of mobility lifts inside that help with levels. My wife had previously seen the British crown jewels in London, but it was my first time seeing such regalia. Several years ago I had seen the Norwegian queen in Oslo, but on that occasion she was only decorated with a sash. The "crypt" area where the crowns are on display is dark, but the regalia itself is lit adequately in order to appreciate its beauty.
