点评：We have been members of Texas Wine Collective, formerly known as 4.0, for over 10 years! We have researched and visited other wineries in and around the Fredericksburg area, but none of them match the quality and variety of wine we get at TWC. You can choose wines from Brennan, McPherson, Lost Oak and TWC as well as a variety of newly added Hye Cider. The wine pick ups, that happen 5 times a year, are amazing. They offer 6 tastings with 3 of them being accompanied by a food pairing. Always good! And drop by anytime for a complimentary glass of wine for members and 2 guests! It doesn’t get any better than that! We have had several join because they loved visiting with us. Give it a try! I love the reds but when it’s hot outside, I enjoy the whites and rose wines! The staff is amazing. Even if you aren’t a member, it’s worth a stop. And try the offerings from the food truck, Cork & Fork!! Delicious and has reasonable prices.
