Disappointing - I would not call it "soft play"

点评：I would not call it "soft play". All four children including 2 daughters and 2 nieces returned home with friction burns on their elbows from a slide - I went along with them and also had friction burn, they did need plasters and treatment when they returned home. The centre did have plasters, were nice enough about it but its obviously a regular occurrence. The centre only appeared manned once enough parents complained that there was a lack of supervision and since the centre caters from 4 to 14 years (as supervisors of smaller children aged 4). I personally thought it was dangerous and won't be going back again, the children don't want to go back either, which they have never said whilst visiting soft play centres. The staff also appear to be pretty early careers - this is not a problem at all by the way - the opposite, only I am not confident the expertise to manage in an environment full of children is being led by enough experience, whilst parents are too heavily relied upon to keep watch and health and safety in check.
