点评:Took my children to see *Mother Goose* at Rhyl Pavilion on 4 April 2026 as a birthday treat for my daughter. Unfortunately, a large part of the performance was disrupted by persistent loud talking and noise from directly behind us, which seriously affected our enjoyment of the show and left my daughter upset.
What made this worse was the way the complaint was handled afterwards. The theatre’s position was basically that because we did not raise it with an usher during the performance, they would offer nothing at all by way of refund or goodwill. They also relied on staff not witnessing the disruption, as though that somehow means it did not happen.
People considering booking should be aware that complaints appear to be met with a defensive response and no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.
A poor experience is one thing. Defensive and dismissive complaint handling afterwards is another.
Very disappointing customer service, and not what I expected for a family theatre trip that cost over £60 and involved over an hour of travel.
