Rhyl Pavilion Theatre的点评
点评：Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to the Pavillion Theatre. Been here 100s of times and never had an issue, until this one time.
We purchased front row seats, but almost immediately a group seated behind us were loudly talking, swearing, kicking our seats and repeatedly leaving to drink before returning even more disruptive. Staff were aware of the behaviour.
Rather than addressing the individuals causing the disturbance, we were offered alternative seating — despite having paid for premium front row tickets. The disruption continued and we ultimately felt we had no choice but to leave early.
Our complaint has since been dismissed, with the theatre stating staff “did what they could.” In our view, relocating well-behaved customers while allowing ongoing disruptive behaviour is not an acceptable solution.
Very disappointing experience and not what we expect from a theatre.
And for that we will never step foot in there again.
