Negligence in a Spa - Cristal Spa - Hotel au Coeur du Village

点评：WARNING!!!!!! - be very careful if you go to this spa. The quality that is advertised is not reflected in the area. The water in the swimming pool is cold with some of the jets only working at certain times in the day.
Most worrying is, the area is not looked after from a health and safety aspect.
I took a fall at the top of the stairs due to a pool of water on the tilling. The spa slippers provided at reception are not slip proof. The result of the fall is fractured patella and 6 weeks rest from my work. I work in ski patrol rescue in France, I now have been signed off work.
To make it worse the management were very nonchalant and refused to take responsability. I wrote an email the day after to the Hotel Coeur du Village confirming my contact details and still 2 weeks later I've had no response. If I had been a hotel guest maybe the treatment would be different.
Enter with Extreme Caution!!!!!!!!!
