点评:This is an extremely challenging out and back hike of around 5km each way from the parking area in the village. My partner and I are 40 and 46 and we run, lift weights and exercise frequently and found this hike challenging both mentally and physically. Recent storms have impacted the already loose ground in some of the trail areas causing the trail to be almost hollowed out by where the water came through. Other parts of the trail are in better shape. We took 1.5l water per person and 1/3 liter or so coffee, along with plenty of food. Honestly, we probably overpacked. We were exerting ourselves so hard it was hard to feel much like eating to be honest. We have hiked frequently all over Europe and found the conditions quite difficult-rolling floor, ascent, narrow switchback trails, tough descent etc. do not attempt if out of shape, with older people or kids, imho. We just missed the tide so couldn’t visit gui gui chico—gui gui grande is ok but the water is full of rocks so it’s hard to swim properly. The hike is stunning however, although I’m not sure I would do it again.
