Half closed and disappointed without explanation

点评：We came mid October as a one off treat. The play barn was great, slides seemed clean and safe. However when we then went to get a snack we were told their order hadn't come in so they had next to nothing. Nothing in the to go fridge whatsoever, no hot chocolate, only one fruit, no tuna etc. After paying 1.25 for a bag of crisps I put my baby in the high chair only to find it was coated in sand and absolutely filthy. This would have been understandable on a busy day but we were the first people in so it clearly hadn't been cleaned since the weekend.
After snack we went back on the tractor which was great, the man driving was lovely and helpful! We went around the animals which was enjoyable although the paths could have been better, the hot water taps were cold and some of the fences, particularly around the pigs were damaged on the inside.
We went to the fairy trail which was lovely although quiet. Attempted mini golf to find out it's on a slope and very hard to play. The cars which seats go back and forth and are very difficult to use. The giant pillows were closed with no explanation until we were leaving in the afternoon about 1pm. The Halloween events, portrait house etc were all closed. The pumpkin patch and big dig was closed with no explanation. Same for the barrel ride. And the ice cream shop. It was very disappointing to pay tickets for barely half the attraction. The corn maze which I assume is meant to be a Halloween attraction was half dead and not practical to navigate with a pram.
Then for lunch we ordered nachos as a quick snack before leaving but they took almost 40 minutes to come! They of course had no soured cream because of the delivery so we basically waited 40 minutes for some microwaved cheese.
The atmosphere was very very quiet so I'm not sure why it took so long. Ultimately we were left very disappointed and would not consider this value for money whatsoever.

我们还去了童话小径，那里很美，只是略显安静。我们试着去打迷你高尔夫，结果发现场地是斜坡，根本很难玩。那些座椅可以前后调节，但使用起来极其不便。那些巨型软垫区也关闭了，没有任何说明，直到下午1点左右我们准备离开时才重新开放。万圣节主题活动、人像屋等也全都是关着的。南瓜田和大型挖掘区同样关闭，也毫无解释。桶形游乐设施和冰淇淋店也是同样情况。花了钱买门票，结果能玩的游乐项目还不到一半，真是令人失望至极。那个玉米地迷宫，我猜是作为万圣节游玩项目而设置的，但有一半都枯死了，带着婴儿车根本没法在里面行走。
午饭时，我们为了赶路便点了玉米片当作快餐，结果它们居然花了近40分钟才上桌！由于配送问题，店里自然也没有酸奶油可用，所以我们实际上就是等了40分钟，就为了吃到些用微波炉加热过的奶酪罢了。
整个氛围极其安静，所以我实在不明白为什么要花这么长时间。最终我们感到非常失望，觉得这笔钱完全不值。
