点评：We’re so pleased we booked a safari at Udawalawe with Hashan, and stayed at Chill House resort - the homestay is very welcoming, set in a beautifully natural road a short drive from the park entrance. The safari started as soon as the park opened, and Hashan drove us in his jeep which we were lucky to have all to ourselves. Hashan is so knowledgeable about the park and its wildlife and took the time to find quiet parts to show us plenty of beautiful birdlife and animals we weren’t expecting to see! He arranged for us to stop at a park bungalow to have our picnic lunch, as it was raining, and the lunch prepared by Hashan’s wife was homemade and delicious. We feel very glad to have booked a safari with Hashan as plenty of other jeeps seemed to be driving round as quickly as possible to see animal and leave - we stayed for 6 hours and because it was a slower pace and respectful to the animals in the park, we ended up seeing so much. Thank you!
