Marvelous day out especially for Thomas events!
East Anglian Railway Museum的点评
点评：We visited during a Thomas weekend and it was fantastic!
They had Thomas, Percy and Daisy running and they were bustling up and down the site most of the day which was great fun. Apart from the local history of East Anglian railways generally, there was lots going on including something of a model railway exhibition as well.
For the kids, apart from the train rides and seeing Thomas, there's a huge play area for them and plenty of food options.
For the enthusiast, lots of interesting exhibits, shoutout to Nick who gave us a great tour of one of the sheds!
You'll have heard of places like the National Railway Museum for instance, but this one is something of a hidden gem.
Parking was very easy. Admission fee is a good price - slightly more for a Thomas event but it's still good value for money, really good day out.
