I booked parking with holiday extras with the additional add on of flight cancellation insurance.
My flight was cancelled so tried to contact holiday insurance this is where you realise the customer service is appalling and they will do anything in there power to stop you from claiming.
Firstly there is no contact number or email address only contact is by live chat (you will soon realise this is not live just a bot) the bot will answer generic rubbish and get you no where.
After doing some digging found an email that Holiday Extras use for the insurance and sent them an email got a auto response that I would be contacted within 5 days with a handler for my case. Surprise surprise after 7 days still no response. Looks like I now have to wait 8 weeks before I can escalate to Ombudsman.
My advise avoid holiday extras they do not honour their responsibilities.

我通过Holiday Extras预订了停车位，并额外购买了航班取消保险。我的航班被取消了，于是我试图联系旅游保险公司。这时我才意识到他们的客户服务糟糕透顶，他们会想尽一切办法阻止你索赔。
首先，网站上没有任何联系电话或电子邮箱，唯一的联系方式就是在线聊天（不过很快你就会发现那根本不是真人客服，而只是一个机器人）。这个机器人只会回复一些毫无用处的套话，根本帮不上任何忙。我仔细查询了一番，找到了Holiday Extras用于处理保险事宜的邮箱地址，于是给他们发了邮件。随后收到了自动回复，称会在5天内安排专人对接我的案例。但令人惊讶的是，7天过去了仍无任何回复。看来我现在得等上8周才能向申诉专员机构投诉。
我的建议是：千万别选择Holiday Extras，他们根本不履行自己的职责。
