Nusa Lembongan/Nusa Ceningan snorkeling and island tour day trip

点评：Coordinated a visit to Nusa Lembongan via this company, though contacting them on Facebook and What’s App.
Our group was 3 adults, one went for a shared group snorkeling tour, while the other two went for an island tour at the same time with a private driver. Then we all met up for our last stop at Devils Tears, (which is amazing!) and spent the afternoon at a local beach club, til it was time for our ferry back to Sanur Harbor.
This tour company arranged round trip ferry from Sanur Harbor to Mushroom Bay, via Dream Beach Express ferry company. FYI, when you land in Mushroom Bay, to you have to walk in knee deep water to get off the boat. (We were not informed of this!) Once we arrived on NL, and were driven to Yellow Bridge. That’s where the boat was for the snorkeling trip, which had about 15 people on the boat that day. The goal of the snorkeling tour was to stop at three different areas, with the hope of seeing Manta Rays. For this day, they made stops to Manta Bay, Manta Point, Gamat Bay and Crystal Bay. (Which is primarily around Nusa Ceningan and then Nusa Penida. ) Because they didn’t first see Manta Rays on Manta Bay, they went up to Manta Point, but didn’t see them there, so went back to Manta Bay, and finally able to see them there. In addition, he saw a small turtle and various other fish and corals. Instead of the tour lasting about 2.5 hours, it ended up being closer to 4 hours. I appreciate that they did what was needed to have happy snorkelers see the manta rays they were hoping to see, but of course is not guaranteed. After the snorkeling tour, the snorkeler was dropped off to join the last stop of the land tour (by scooter). After the tour, they also provided a Google drive of photos /videos from the snorkeling tour.
The other two members of the group started at yellow bridge, but wanted to visit The blue lagoon and Mahana Point on Nusa Ceningan, so the NL driver coordinated another driver on Nusa Ceningan to take us around for about 1 hour (for a separate driver fee) but it was nice to have some waiting when we crossed the bridge that could drive us to the spots we wanted to go. Highly recommend blue lagoon and Mahana point if you have time).
Once that was done, we returned and crossed yellow bridge, where we met our driver for a private, personal tour of places we previously decided we wanted to visit around the island ( Gala Gala underground house, Jungubatu beach, panorama point, the deck cafe, devils tears, and then drop-off and pick up from Sandy Bar beach club for the afternoon, and then return to the mushroom bay to take the return ferry back to Sanur Harbor. We really enjoyed the land tour because the driver took us to whatever spots we wanted, for however long we wanted. He took pictures, answered any questions, worked as our translator when needed, and waited in between stops. The tour on NL lasted about 3.5 hours, which was plenty of time to visit all the places we wanted to go, and another hour on NC (which I highly recommend too).
Overall, the day worked out great, everyone saw what they wanted to see, and it was an enjoyable day. My only complaints overall were 1- the cost (each component was charged separately and my research indicates that other operators would charge a good amount less for the same services, and that they insisted on cash for the entire amount, when we had agreed to pay some in cash, and some on credit card, which required an extra stop to the atm on the morning of the tour. And, 2- then even though the day went well overall, some things were just not clearly communicated to us in advance, so we were doing the trip in blind faith and hoping it would all work out, rather than having it communicated to us clearly in advance of the exact plan for the day. I am hoping that my review gives some of the missing details, so any future groups have some of the information that I didn’t have, prior to doing the day trip. Thank you for reading this if you made it this far. It is for these two reasons that I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

团队中的另外两名成员则从黄桥处出发。不过我们想去努萨塞宁安岛上的蓝湖和马哈纳角，于是努沙莱亚的司机安排了另一位努萨塞宁安岛上的司机带我们游览了大约1个小时（需另付司机费）。当我们过桥后，正好有车等着带我们去想去的景点，这种安排挺不错的。如果时间允许，强烈推荐去蓝湖和马哈纳角。
游览结束后我们返回，穿过黄桥，在那里我们遇到了负责接我们的私人司机。我们按照事先计划好的路线游览了岛上各个景点：加拉加拉地下屋、中武巴图海滩、全景观景台、甲板咖啡馆以及“魔鬼之泪”景点。下午，司机又把我们送到桑迪酒吧海滩俱乐部，之后带我们返回蘑菇湾，搭乘返程渡轮回到沙努尔港。我们非常喜欢这次陆地游览，因为司机完全按照我们的意愿带我们去想去的景点，停留时间也由我们决定。他还为我们拍照、耐心解答各种疑问。他在需要的时候担任我们的翻译，并会在各个景点之间等候我们。在荷兰的游览大约持续了3个半小时，这段时间足以让我们参观所有想去的地方；在比利时又游览了一个小时（我也强烈推荐那里）。
