LEGENDIA Silesian Amusement Park的点评
点评：My visit to Legendia Amusement Park was a complete disappointment.
At the Lech roller coaster, I was removed from the queue for not having an armband and told to walk all the way back to the park entrance to get one. No assistance, no attempt to help—just sent away.
Moments later, I watched the same staff member handle another guest—who appeared to be Polish—in the exact same situation by simply handing them an armband on the spot and letting them ride.
Same problem. Completely different treatment.
It’s hard not to question what that says about how visitors are treated. At best, it’s unprofessional and inconsistent. At worst, it leaves a very uncomfortable impression.
I contacted the park directly to give them a chance to address this. No response.
Between the poor service, the blatant inconsistency, and the lack of accountability, this experience completely ruined the visit. I would strongly advise others to think twice before coming here
