Hosting Hampsons Auctions and Ignoring Email's

点评：Really unhappy and disappointed to see Oulton Park hosting Hampsons Auctions at there venue ! I have emailed Oulton Park multiple times with my concerns, but only ever initially received one very breif response that showed they were not taking my concerns seriously!!
Hampson Auctions have hundreds of negative reviews for misleading vendors and essentially scamming them as it's a repeated pattern. Go and see Hamson Auctions trust pilot and see for yourself.
I have first hand experience with Hampsons auctions who convinced me to put my car for sale through them. They promised me that my car would meet the £5000 figure I wanted for it and talked me into putting it no reserve, promising me that this is the best way to create interest and they wouldn't let it go for less than this.
Anyway it sold for £2100 and despite them promising me all of the hammer price they still only paid out £1900 and said the discrepancy was for payment of the vehicle to the venue from there storage facility. Which had never been agreed upon and id already paid transportation fees up front.
Anyway my story is not isolated, this is a repeated pattern which equates to intentional misleading and some people have lost a lot more money than I did, I was devastated. But Oulton Park are happy to host them and rude enough to not even reply to my subsequent emails expressing my concerns!!! For me then hosting Hampsons will absolutely tarnish the reputation of Oulton Park and already has for many people!!!!!
