Lovely Family Day Out at Bantock House Museum

点评：We recently spent a few hours at Bantock House Museum as a family, and it turned out to be such a lovely day out.
The house itself is beautiful and full of interesting history, with well-presented rooms that really give you a feel for what life was like in the past. The children enjoyed exploring the different areas and asking questions, and there was plenty to keep them curious without it feeling overwhelming.
The gardens and parkland are just as impressive. We took a relaxed walk around the grounds, and it’s such a peaceful setting — perfect for letting the kids run around while we enjoyed the scenery. It’s clean, well kept, and feels safe and welcoming.
It’s a fantastic place for a low-cost family day out, especially if you enjoy a mix of history, nature, and open space. We’ll definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend it to other families looking for something a little different to do together.
