点评:Oh what a shame, a morning of unacceptable rudeness that could or should have been eliminated by any sort of customer service training, being as the rest of the staff that we encountered two days prior seemed to have a good pleasant manner I can only assume that the person that we were greeted by must have been management or an owner. After pissing off the group in front of us, I needed to complete the standard injury waiver, not having an Australian mobile phone connection I needed to complete the paper version as I was not able to scan the qr code version. I knew this as two days prior I had to do the same. The lady was ‘snappy’ and saying that it is preferred if we used the QR code.
This was the start of our disappointing experience. Two days prior we actually had a nice day at the venue and being as we had two diamond passes with 3 tickets on them I asked the staff member if I can use the them on another day, she had explained that that was fine and we wouldn’t have to buy any entry tickets, we could just come back for one more go on the tobogggan or putt putt. But according to the lady on the front counter this morning I would need to buy another entry ticket for $15. I would have been happy to do this if it wasn’t for the attitude and rudeness of the lady. I would rather not part with my money to rude people. It does not cost anything to be courteous and it seemed that this particular lady had either woken up on the wrong side of the bed that morning or is just one of those people who are just not really suited to being customer facing. After making the decision to not enter the venue my children were upset, I took my time to explain to them why I had decided not to accept poor service. They did calm down and hopefully understand. We went next door to the swimming pool and had a nice morning. It is amazing how one person can tarnish a potential nice day.
