Unsatisfactory Spa Session and Afternoon Tea Experience

点评：Unfortunately the whole experience was very underwhelming from the start. The reception area has wallpaper hanging off the walls.
We were shown into the conservatory which was in need of repair the fabric on the ceiling was so dirty with watermarks and orange damp around the kitchen area. Removal of the fabric would strongly be recommended.
The communal changing room was certainly not to standard. Door propped open at all times, very odd and the small toilet has broken sinks, a broken cheap lock on the door and damaged walls which all could be repaired in minutes. A large rotten radiator cover outside the toilet makes the cubical door bounces back and hits you when leaving the cubical as it did to all 3 women in the changing room.
The spa area itself again has so much in need of attention.

More dirty plastic glass on table than clean ones.
Dry sauna needs re oiling the wood looks so shabby and neglected
Outside again more plastic flutes scattered on the floor.
Broken blacked out windows in full view of the jacuzzi, to which only one in use other all covered over so had to wait to use as to many guests.
The afternoon tea was an insult the Prosecco was served in a well used plastic flute, 3 limp tiny sandwiches each, scones so hard when the knife went into it the scone literally exploded and crunched like a biscuit. No savoury selection.Finally the dry cakes all chocolate brownies except one chocolate covered profiterole.
Staff friendly when you could actually find one.
High end prices but extremely run down facilities.
I have emailed the hotel direct but going off other reviews I’m not holding out for any form of response.

按摩浴缸的窗户破损，遮光帘完全暴露在外，而浴缸只有一个在使用，其他都被遮盖起来，所以客人太多，只能排队等候。
下午茶简直是侮辱客人：普罗塞克葡萄酒装在一个用过的塑料香槟杯里，每人只有三个软塌塌的小三明治，司康饼硬得像饼干一样，一刀下去就爆开，发出噼里啪啦的响声。没有咸味点心。最后是干巴巴的蛋糕，除了一个巧克力泡芙之外，全是巧克力布朗尼。
员工态度友好，但前提是你能找到他们。
价格高昂，设施却极其破旧。
我已经直接给酒店发了邮件，但看了其他评论，我觉得不会有任何回复。
