Bad experience. I would not recommend this if you are traveling with a baby.

点评：We were waiting for the bus in the shade because it was 39°C, rather than standing with our baby directly in the sun.
When the bus arrived, we asked if they could open the back door because the stroller cannot fit through the front entrance. They refused to open it and made us wait until the very end, with a baby only a few months old, standing in the sun.
The staff member in the photo (shown from behind, out of respect) told us that we did not have priority, even though we were traveling with a baby. He also told us that if we wanted the back door to be opened, we had to wait until everyone else had boarded to see if there was still room.
I really think they should reconsider their priorities when it comes to their customers. We are regular users of Hop-On Hop-Off buses because we travel frequently, and this is the first time we have ever had such a negative experience.
