Unforgettable 4-day desert tour with Ismaail (Via Morocco Tours)!

点评：In April 2026, we took a 4-day tour from Marrakech through Ouarzazate and into the desert with Via Morocco Tours, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ismaail as our driver and guide throughout the journey.
Ismaail was extremely friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. He paid great attention to the needs and wishes of his guests and was genuinely committed to making sure everyone felt comfortable and well cared for.
We were especially impressed by the way he looked after our children. His kind, patient, and caring nature made the trip enjoyable and stress-free for the whole family.
When our son felt unwell at one point during the drive, Ismaail reacted with incredible understanding, calmness, and helpfulness. He immediately pulled over, supported us, and patiently waited until our son felt better, without making us feel rushed at all.
He was always punctual, drove safely and confidently, and shared many interesting insights about Morocco, its culture, the people, and the places we visited along the way. Even in unexpected situations, he remained calm, professional, and focused, which gave us an additional sense of safety and confidence throughout the entire 4 days.
Thanks to Ismaail, our tour became an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend him and Via Morocco Tours to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and personable driver.
