Horrible Experience and Not Very Helpful Staff

点评：If zero were an option I would have selected zero. We were traveling through and stopped at the location on Thursday September 11, 2025 at 12:00 p.m right when they opened. I introduced myself to the young lady at the front desk and told her that we were traveling to WY and wanted to try a hot springs. I also included that we had never been to one and asked if she could give me more information. She proceeded point in another direction and said “oh, there’s a brochure over there that explains everything” and then told me I could walk out to the pools and take a look. We left, said thank you and as we were exiting no one asked if they could help us (young lady with dark hair behind the desk, and a young man were both behind the desk). I’ll also add, we waited until the other members checked in and left before I had asked for more information.
