点评:We arrived half hour early as instructed, queued for reception to get checked in. They gave no direction on where we needed to go. We found our way to the changing rooms to discover you needed a lock for the lockers, so bring your own to avoid a £4 charge for one. Would have also been helpful to advise this on arrival instead of requeueing after changing. The saftey briefing took a while and meant we started the course at 3.10. They gave a 10 minute and 5 minute warning at the end of session. The first warning was at 3.40 and then they continued to hassle and shout at us to get us of the course for the next 10 minutes not giving us anytime to use the course to get back. We were off the course by 3.50 which meant we only had 40 minutes cutting our time short.
We were the final session of the day and after cutting our session short i was shocked to see the staff quickly having a go on the course.
After we got off the course i went to reception to mention to them we were cut short and the receptionist and life guard there were so rude and were basically saying it was our fault for not arriving early enough which was not the case at all, the receptionist then proceeded to phone someone half way through our conversation.
The general cleanliness of the inflatable course was poor and the water was quite shallow and you could be shin high in mud and seaweed.
