Good tour guide, strange scheduling experience

点评：We did a 2.5 hour kayak ride with a small group. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable. We had a few stops along our route and learned a little. Each kayak was equipped with a waterproof barrel to store your personal effects.
Scheduling this tour was a somewhat chaotic experience. There was a lot of texting back and forth about which times we were available to do as the one we wanted and originally signed up for was not an option. We were not the only guests to experience this issue. I can't attribute that much of the chaos to the language barrier. At one point I received a call from them at 930AM, bypassing my Do Not Disturb, which is early for me on vacation. It was also strange given that our tour was the following afternoon. This call was seemingly due to another scheduling change.
So, beautiful kayak ride with great guide, but overall a strange experience with the company itself.
