A great hour and an interesting experience

点评：I’m not sure what people are moaning about - if you read through the website properly you have a good idea which films are going to be featured and which are not. The website gives loads of info before you go.
We visited on Easter Monday so it was busy - however, it was the first time I haven’t had to queue for the ladies loos! There were plenty. It tells you to arrive at least 10 mins before your allotted time. We arrived 20 mins before, didn’t have to queue for bag check and then waited for our 2.30pm time to go in. The barrier was opened promptly at 2.30pm.
The rooms were great, really interesting. It’s quite clear what you can touch and what you can’t and that is fair enough. Lots of photo opportunities. You feel like you are part of the scene. There are lots of little touches and things to see and if you know the films well you will get the most out of it.
Clear information is provided about the film/scene from the film that you are about to step into before you enter each room and there are QR codes for audio descriptions which is a useful feature for those that need it.
Even though it was busy, you can hang back a bit and wait for the bulk of people to move through before taking photos. You can sit on the chairs and books in Sunnyside Daycare, have a picture with Mater, sit on the arm chairs in Up, ride the Vespa in Luca, etc.
We spent a whole hour there. Gift shop is expensive, but on a par with going to Disneyland. You aren’t forced to buy it, so if it’s not for you, just walk through!
All in all, we had a good time. It is a novel experience and I would recommend. I’m glad we went.
