Underwhelmed and lacking in its potential.

点评：Visited as a family of 3 with a 9 year old Toy Story crazed boy. Firstly… he loved it.
As adults we were underwhelmed.
The introduction shows films that aren’t included in the experience. You flow through the rooms but queues form quickly for the photo opportunities. You don’t have all the characters either. (Toy Story missed Rex, Potato Head, Hamm, Slinky, Bo Peep?)Otherwise you can do a 360 spin of the room, take it in and move on.
Staff try to remove queues and encourage people to move throughout the room but when there is nothing to read or interact with what else do you do? The corridors between rooms could have been full of behind the scenes information to pass through or even just concept art to brighten up the transition. The rooms could have had games to entertain. (I’m thinking like the friends experience at XL). Instead children have to be supervised to touch nothing and not climb over ropes or photobomb other families.
With so many families and small children, additional toilets would be helpful and they missed an extra overpriced element by not having a cafe as part of the experience (thinking as part of Flos diner). Thankfully they make up on the overpriced element when you exit through the gift shop to the screams of children who want and parents who weep over the prices of items.
If you look at what it’s missing or what its potential could be… it’s really lacking.
If you look at just what it is. It’s a glorified photo opportunity that’s lacking depth.
Wouldn’t recommend visiting.
Oh and the overpriced merch… it broke. Awaiting a response from anyone to help with refund or exchange. Wish us luck!

这么多家庭带着小孩，如果能多设几个厕所就好了。而且，他们没有把咖啡馆也纳入体验范围（就像Flos餐厅那样），这无疑增加了一个价格虚高的环节。好在，当你走出礼品店，看到孩子们尖叫着要买东西，家长们又因为价格而哭泣时，你就能感受到一丝物美价廉的滋味了。
如果你仔细想想它缺少什么，或者它本可以做得更好……你会发现它真的非常不足。
但如果你只看它本身，它不过是一个华而不实的拍照打卡点，缺乏深度。
不推荐去。
