Lovely little farm

点评：I have visited here a few times in the summer in the past and it's always been too busy to enjoy, not enough space for everyone to comfortably see the animals. However, the most recent trip was during February half term and we had a fantastic time. Not too busy and it's such good value. 2 toddlers enjoyed pony rides, petting the rabbits and guinea pigs, and feeding the goats all for £14. The little play park was also a hit for kids. We brought a packed lunch and the adults enjoyed the coffee and cakes from the café. Parking was a bit difficult but we managed to get a spot when someone left.
The only thing I'd say about this farm is that they have teenage volunteers (some look as young as 12 years old) which is not a bad thing but they allow them to handle the pony rides alone. This proved difficult when the pony decides to go in different directions and dangerously escape with a toddler on the back -which kept happening. When they eventually swapped the volunteer for an equestrian worker, the horses were well handled and had no problems.
