Do yourself a favor and hire Chef Nixon!

点评：Chef Nixon and his assistant, Daniele, prepared and served 7 evening meals and 5 breakfasts in our beachside Airbnb for our party of 9 (4 adults and 5 teens).
From beginning to end our experience with Chef Nixon was excellent. His communication before arrival was prompt and he happily accommodated our schedule and dining needs, re-crafting our menu several times. There was never a hint that we were somehow inconveniencing him in any way during this process.
In home, Chef Nixon and Daniele were always punctual, professionally dressed, and provided service with a smile. Our meals were absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and delightful to the eye. Every evening meal included an appetizer, entree, and dessert. On surf and turf night, he prepared everyone’s steak to their preference. Daniele was a gracious and kind server.
All we had to do on our vacation was sit down and enjoy scrumptious meals in the comfort of our accommodation with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
I give Chef Nixon my highest recommendation. You will have an excellent experience and delectable meals when you hire him!
