点评：We spent 5 days travelling with our driver Kumara in Sri Lanka, and it was a highly secure and memorable trip. He was incredibly reliable, picking us up in the early hours of the morning from a remote location for our first safari, and his driving felt completely safe throughout the journey. His vehicle was consistently clean, comfortable, and well-air-conditioned. He also sorted all of his own accommodation seamlessly. The absolute highlight of his service was when I accidentally left my AirPods behind at a previous hotel. Because it was too far to turn back, he went completely above and beyond by coordinating with the hotel and another guide to have them brought closer, driving out to retrieve them while we were on a safari. We were incredibly grateful for this effort.He was very accommodating of our initial itinerary and made sure we caught our famous scenic train ride by smartly adjusting to a different station when the route was partially disrupted. He also took us to a wonderful, authentic tea plantation and factory for a tasting.We experienced a few translation misunderstandings regarding specific activities , and last-minute changes to the route. There was also a minor mishap at a temple involving footwear rules due to a miscommunication. Additionally, we learned on the final day that drivers operate on strict daily mileage limits, which we unknowingly exceeded, causing some confusion around the final tip. However, his work ethic, safety, and incredible helpfulness in an emergency made our trip a success. We would recommend his services, but advise keeping a very clear, open line of communication regarding daily expectations and mileage.
