点评：Denis was fantastic. We can't thank him enough for how he took care of us in Tajikistan and beyond.
My wife wasn't feeling well at one point and Denis went and got paracetamol for her. He drove us across the land border into Uzbekistan and even got us checked into our hotel in Samarkand himself, then turned around and drove 6 hours back to Dushanbe to pick up his next guest. That kind of dedication says a lot.
The whole way, he was full of knowledge and gave us genuinely insightful commentary on every historic location we passed, not just the usual tourist facts but real insights that made the trip so much richer. He's also a safe, steady driver, which matters a lot on these mountain roads.
We're already thinking about doing a Pamir Highway trip with him next. If you're headed to Tajikistan, ask for Denis.
