点评:Extremely disappointed with our experience with Breeze. My husband flew from New Orleans to Richmond on Friday (2/27), and not only was his luggage lost, it was also mislabeled as belonging to someone else in his travel group.
Since then, he has been trying nonstop to get answers and no one seems able to help. He even drove all the way back to the Richmond airport—nearly two hours from our home—hoping for an update, and still no one could provide any information.
What makes this even worse is that the bag contains extremely important items: medication, chargers, the chargers for his hearing aids, and almost all of his clothing except for one pair of jeans. Because the hearing aid chargers are missing, his hearing aids are now dead, and it could take weeks for the VA to send replacements.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication. He was told at the airport that a
