KUZÁ Beach & Adventure Park - Cozumel的点评
点评：We visited Kuza Park after stepping off the Celebrity Beyond without a booked shore excursion. Right near the port, a sales representative named Isaac sold us on a $79-per-person package that was supposed to grant full access to the park—including the beach, the waterpark, food, and an open bar (transportation not included which is an additional $60 round trip).
In reality, you are paying $79 just to step onto the beach—and that’s it. The park itself doesn't even look well put together, making it nowhere near worth that premium price tag.
While the beach area has clear water, the rest of the experience was a major letdown. Around 3:00 PM, we walked over to the waterpark, only to be turned away at the gate. They were clearly prepared for this scam: a representative named Tony—who was completely unhelpful and unaccommodating—pulled out a card claiming our pass didn't cover the waterpark and demanded an extra $39 per person.
To top it off, the food was poor with very limited variety, and the drinks were just mediocre. For comparison, I paid less for a full open bar and delicious food at the Royal Beach Club in Nassau.
Save your money and skip Kuza Park. Between the deceptive sales tactics, unfinished feel, and poor service, it is a total rip-off for cruise passengers.
