Borneo Nature Lodge 2的点评
点评：We had a wonderful stay at Borneo Nature Lodge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the incredible wildlife and natural beauty of Borneo.
The location was fantastic, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the whole team went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
We particularly appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully they dealt with an unexpected electrical issue with our room, arranging alternative accommodation for us and making sure everything was taken care of.
Despite the unexpected change of plans, the team remained incredibly helpful, communicative and welcoming throughout. Their care and customer service really stood out.
The surrounding area is spectacular, and the opportunity to see the wildlife of the Kinabatangan River is something we will remember for a long time. Our guide, Rizal, was great at spotting wildlife and explaining the local habitat to us on our river safaris.
We travelled with our young kids and the whole experience was very special for our family.
A huge thank you to Jame and the whole team at Borneo Nature Lodge for looking after us so well. We would happily stay again and would have no hesitation recommending them.
