点评：i can not believe how undeveloped this ice rink is, after all these years. I play ice hockey, and have for 2 years and for a good half of this journey this was spent playing at manchester (altrincham). The ice is so thin and weak, a player at storm cracked it during a game after turning, this should not be able to break the ice. Secondly, the price of these skates are unreal. So much money for ice skating on a horrible ice, with NO workers on the ice at most of the time, leading to someone having a literal seizure and them not getting enough care. Thirdly, they let WAY too many people on the ice it is so so so bad. yesterday, (21.12.2025) there was 650 people there, leading to a drastic amount of people toppling over, a series of chaotic events where I cant even move around the rink. it is so so bad. About the ice again, the quality of this ice has led to an insane amount of people snapping their ankles, including a figure skating coach and her daughter. Fourthly, there is literal mould oozing from their speakers, and the ceiling. This is disgusting. Fifthly, the ice rink is so cold and dont say oh thats so ironic its an ice rink, because I play for nottingham and they seem to know to keep the ice rink at a good temp whilst also keeping the ice pristine. I am utterly appauled at this ice rink it is so worn down they have meant to repare it for a good 10-20 years and it hasnt changed whatsoever, the dj box is left abandoned, the colour of the seats in the stands are originally from the team BEFORE manchester storm, keep in mind this team was created in 1995 (30 years ago). sort it out mate.
