Planet Ice Altrincham的点评
点评：My children have been taking skating lessons at Planet Ice Altrincham for over a year. The coaches are fantastic. Unfortunately, the admin and communication are terrible.
They once changed our class time with no notice, leaving us waiting by the rink for 30 minutes with no update from reception. On two other occasions, I was told I hadn’t paid even though I’m on Direct Debit — instead of checking their own records, they asked me to prove it.
The staff are unhelpful, which makes it even more frustrating. It’s a shame because this is the only rink in the area offering skating lessons all year round, so families have little choice.
The coaches truly do their best, but poor management and disorganisation let them down. Would not recommend booking lessons or parties here until they fix their communication and customer service.
