Terrible staff with no consideration for disability

点评：Staff are rude and unhelpful, the place is shocking for anyone with a neurodivergent condition or disability that needs support.
Firstly charging full price for a disabled child and then also charging full price for their carers to enter also as the child is 2 to 1 is absolute greed if the highest order. Similar places like Cefn Mably farm park are bigger, better run and offer disabled and carer pricing or free entry.
The cherry on the cake is when you have also paid the ridiculously expensive prices at Wiggleys for cheap frozen food for your disabled child and you need extra condiments, because it is what they need to help them eat their food and self-regulate. The staff then insist on trying to charge you 10 pence per sachet even when they can see the child is in absolute distress on the floor melting down and they take no note of the circumstance nor do they care.
The place needs to train their staff to understand situations and treat families & groups with disabled people in them appropriately. If I could rate it a zero I would.
