Once-in-a-Lifetime Safari — The Great Migration & Ngorongoro Magic

点评：We did a 7-day safari with Waterbuck Safaris through the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, and it was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. Everything was really well organised from the moment we arrived. The itinerary felt well thought out and we never felt rushed.
Seeing the Great Migration in the northern Serengeti was a huge highlight. Watching thousands of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains was something we’ll never forget. We also did a hot air balloon safari over the central Serengeti at sunrise, which was absolutely amazing — peaceful, beautiful, and followed by breakfast out in the bush.
We stayed in tented camps in the Serengeti, which felt very close to nature in the best way. One evening we even had an elephant wander near our tent — unbelievable! In Ngorongoro, we stayed in a lodge overlooking the crater, and waking up to those views was just stunning. The descent into the crater was incredible, and we were greeted right away by a pride of eight lions, which felt like something out of a film.
Throughout the trip, we felt well looked after, everything ran smoothly, and the experience never felt generic or touristy. We left with so many memories and stories that we’ll be talking about for years.
We would definitely recommend Waterbuck Safaris to anyone thinking about a Tanzania safari. It was a truly unforgettable experience. 🦁🌍✨
