点评：I usually don't write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other travelers about this place. My visit here was deeply upsetting from start to finish.
First of all, the facility is extremely small, cramped, and filthy. The conditions the animals are forced to live in are completely unacceptable. You can clearly see that they are suffering and not being cared for properly—their enclosures are neglected, dirty, and lack basic space or comfort. It was heartbreaking to watch.
To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When we tried to ask basic questions or express concern, we were met with hostile attitudes and total indifference. They clearly care only about taking visitors' money, not about the welfare of the animals or customer service.
Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Do not support this place. There are plenty of ethical sanctuaries out there—this is definitely not one of them.
