点评：I was invited to this place by good friends and went with my whole family. They would not allow just small bag of cheerios past the gates for my 1 year old baby girl. FOR A BABY!. My daughter stays at home with me 24/7 ..I am with her AT ALL TIMES. SHE GETS HUNGRY and needs snacks. So I asked to speak to a manager because that is upsetting that I pay you for a service but yet I cannot take even a tiny few cheerios inside the water area. So If me and her wanna take a break and just walk a few feet from the pool and go sit down for a min at a chair right outside the pool to eat a few cheerios we can't do that? The workers kept saying "THEY" don't allow anything back there.. what do u mean "they" .. ? The workers were trying to pass along all responsibility for this rule to someone that is not even present or there. I asked to speak to manager and they brought one yet the manager was blaming the rule on someone else that wasn't there. You work there so you need to take some responsibility. I felt like no one cared about my issue nor did they care one bit about my baby and her getting hungry bc she will at some point. So they expect me to walk outside in the heat back and forth with my baby if I want to go get her a hot snack out of the car.. then what ? Sit in it until she eats it? So I have to start the car while we sit in it so she can eat it? Then I gotta walk all way back in again .. nahhh I don't even want to swim here anymore. I told them take my bracelet off now don't worry about the money I already paid you keep it.im leaving bc now I don't even wanna enjoy your wayerpark at all. What kind of kids waterpark won't let you take your snack of cheerios for your little baby girl to have while she's by your side swimming? Who does that? Who is running the show here? The owner of this place must not be a family man to make a rule that blocks snacks for babies. The owner must be single with no heart or compassion for children whatsoever just money.
