Corrupt Park Ranger Supervisor, Abu the Thug

点评：I had a very negative experience on my recent trip to Mole National Park. The Park Supervisor, Abu, is a greedy, corrupt bully boy.
I had contacted the park in advance and asked for a guide who a friend had recommended to me because he is specialized in birds. When I got there, Abu asked was very aggressive and asked me what the secret was. I told him there was no secret, I wanted to see birds and he could ask me anything he wanted. He then asked me how much I was going to tip the guide, and said he wanted to see all tips because he took a cut of all tips. I asked him what the prices were for and he said that was for the government but he wanted the tips. I agreed I'd give him a tip.
When I returned later, I had been assigned a different guide with inadequate knowledge of birds. I didn't much care; I ended up seeing practically all my target species regardless.
Abu is just a grubby lowlife thug parading in a National Park uniform and he should be turfed out with the greedy street beggars he belongs with.
If you have any encounters with him, beware that he'll be leeching off the tips his team get and don't trust him.
