Could not rate highly enough

点评：So I booked this some time ago as a special treat for my wife’s big birthday during our visit to VI.
Right from the beginning the communication was excellent - they did not charge anything to my card in advance.
Obviously weather is a key consideration so they contacted me in advance to discuss the weather and options. They offered a no charge cancellation if the suggested times did not work for us.
Eventually we changed the day and the time (which was all to suit us) to ensure we had the smoothest flight with the best views.
An extremely professional and safe company to fly with, we were able to fly over the glaciers and land on a crystal clear lake in the middle of nowhere.
Take offs and landings were extremely smooth the pilot was knowledgeable and extremely professional - we both felt very safe.
