A special birthday weekend.

点评：We had a two night stay with young grandchildren in our touring caravan. A team member had called me after I emailed to request any special packages we could book for a sixth birthday.
On arrival the staff were very pleasant and we were booked in and setup with an hour. The amenities are clean and play smooth radio on a feed. When we woke on Saturday morning, Lisa (The team member I had previously spoken too), had been around the site and put up laminated posters from a photograph I had emailed in and some bunting to celebrate our grandsons birthday. They spent the day playing on the small funfair, the forest school area and the playground in the village. We had lunch in the village restaurant which was very good and reasonably priced especially with the 20% discount for staying on the park. When we went to thank Lisa for our nice surprise she brought out two clusters of balloons and the children were made to feel very special with sweets too and toys too.
I would like to say thankyou to the team for a friendly reception but a huge thankyou to Lisa for her extra special effort to ensure we had a lovely stay.
