Rowden mill station的点评
点评：We stayed at this site for two nights for our anniversary in July. What a place it is! Whilst it is ideal for those with an interest in the railway, it is still a superb location for those who are not. We stayed in the Old Parcels office, wonderfully converted into a unit of accommodation. We had a very warm welcome from Paul and he showed us all around the site and also demonstrated how all the facilities within the Parcels Office were operated including the projector and cinema screen.
The site is spotless and well looked after and we had zero complaints regarding the accommodation. We were fortunate with the weather and so were able to enjoy sitting on the platform with a drink and some card games with a tremendous view across the surrounding countryside.
Local noise is at a minimum due to the location away from any main roads.
We would highly recommend this venue to anybody.
