点评:Once you get out on the water you are completely on your own so if you should have a heart attack while tubing that is basically just too bad. This facility has absolutely no way (or desire) to come and fetch you or help you until you reach the end. Not safe and you are better off going to Harpers Ferry where the river outfitters have boats or canoes they will come and fetch you with if something happens to you.
When the river is very low, as it was when we went tubing, they really should let you know up front that there is no chance for them to come and get you if something happens. Although you sign a waiver of course, you would think that a facility like this would have either a kayak or canoe or better, a small engine boat that could come and tow people who get stuck or who have health issues or whichever might happen. They do not.
