Wentworth Garden Centre的点评

My dad went and purchased 2 netherland dwarf rabbits for my daughter who is animal mad! We origially went for 2 females who were on quarantine watch for a further day, the lady was quite helpful and took our details and said that they would contact us the following morning so we could go and purchase them and bring them home! We heard nothing so i rang the monday afternoon and was told even though they had taken my dads name and number they had sold them to a lady at 9.30 that morning, which wasnt a good start to our experience, my dad took my daughter through and she fell inlove with 2 white neatherland rabbits with red eyes, They were tiny and beautiful 😍 we purchased them on the Tuesday with the food they recommended and by the next Tuesday one of them had unfortunately passed away.. as expected we had a devastated 5 year old, who wanted a funeral for her baby. We were not going to complain at this point as these things happen and we buried him. But 2 days after that the other one died! Again my daughter was absolutely distraught! I contacted wentworth by email and was told that they only gave a 48hour garantee on live stock and they wanted a photo of the dead animals even though they'd already been buried. I also didn't have anywhere to store dead animals where my daughter could go and see them. We tried to contact them and got no anwser before burying the last one. I didn't expect them to replace them (although £140 for 2 rabbits that lasted 9days is alot of money) I just wanted to explain that there may have been something wrong with that batch of rabbits! Ive had no reply since! Fair to say I will not be purchasing anymore.
