点评：We came for the Graduation of the university. And the ceremony was brilliant and no comments but we are 2 different families (Divorced) for the one graduate and 4 of us came in to the hall as we were told there would be somewhere to sit and have a coffee before the ceremony starts. Little did we know they closed all of the bars and had a small (overpriced) tuck shop and no where to sit down except for our seats. We have 2 disabled customers and one with autism and the staff did not let us out ! This was an absolute surprise and the door staff was really rude except for one who spoke calmly and was very kind . The “main” person on the door was very very rude In fact that 2 people walked away as they were upset. The graduate himself was outside and this ment we could not get photos and the autistic one was not allowed to go to his mom outside. We did not tell the staff this as he wouldn’t have liked it . Eventually we walked away for the door and went to the box office. This woman was absolutely amazing and called a supervisor and let us go out side. The 2 disabled customers were to embarrassed to leave so stayed in the uncomforted of there seats. Over all I would never come back to the theatre as staff was just rude and obnoxious. We understood that it was there policy that you wasn’t allowed to return into the establishment but we had no prior knowledge of this and we wouldn’t of come in if we had know. Thank you so much to the box office woman an the really nice security / warden on the door but everyone was very rude .
翻译：我们来参加大学毕业典礼。典礼很精彩，没什么可挑剔的。但我们来自两个不同的家庭（离异家庭），其中一位是毕业生。我们一行四人，因为之前被告知典礼开始前会有地方可以坐下来喝咖啡，所以才来到礼堂。结果我们万万没想到，所有的酒吧都关了，只有一个很小（而且价格贵得离谱）的小卖部，除了我们的座位之外，根本没有其他地方可以坐。我们一行人中有两位残疾人士和一位自闭症患者，工作人员竟然不让我们出去！这真是太出乎意料了。除了一个态度温和友善的工作人员外，其他工作人员都非常粗鲁。门口的“主要”工作人员更是态度恶劣，以至于那两位残疾人士因为不满而离开了。毕业生本人在外面，这意味着我们没法拍照，而患有自闭症的孩子也不能出去和他妈妈会合。我们没有告诉工作人员这些情况，因为他肯定不会喜欢。最后，我们只好离开，去了售票处。这位女士真是太棒了，她叫来了主管，让我们出去了。两位残疾顾客不好意思离开，只好待在不舒服的座位上。总而言之，我以后再也不会来这家剧院了，因为工作人员态度粗鲁无礼。我们知道剧院规定不能再次进入，但我们事先并不知情，如果知道的话我们肯定不会进来。非常感谢售票处的女士和门口那位非常友善的保安/管理员，但其他所有人都非常粗鲁。
