Accessible Tickets All Sold Out Before Concert Even Went On Sale!

点评：How can all accessible tickets be sold out 30 minutes before the event even goes on sale?
I wanted a wheelchair ticket for Robbie Williams and had paid to buy the album to get the presale code. I had checked other concerts at the venue so I knew in advance how to buy the ticket (as the process for buying wheelchair tickets for concerts is different for almost every venue). Wolverhampton Civic Hall uses AXS as their ticketing partner and all of their accessible tickets are available to purchase online. Their website states they do not have a phone number.
The afternoon before the tickets went on sale, I received the email with the presale code and a link to buy the tickets. I clicked through straightaway and found that the ticketing partner was Ticketmaster, not AXS. In the notes on buying accessible tickets it provided a weblink to the Civic Hall website. I was very confused so I emailed their dedicated accessible email address asking how I should go about buying the ticket I needed. I got an auto-reply saying they would reply within 5 working days.
This morning, just under half an hour before the tickets went on sale, the venue replied saying that all the accessible tickets had already been allocated but they would add me to the waiting list!! How can this be?!? I'm furious.
