点评：I went to Badrinath ji on the extended weekend 2nd to 4th October 2026. It was total chaos there,no room,no parking area, costly food,too much rush. Though with the grace of lord,we had wonderful darshans but things could have have been better. The ongoing masteplan focusses more on glamourising the pilgrimage,making fancy buildings,pathaways,lakes with walking areas so that pilgrims stay there for long.
We were 8 people,somehow manage to get a room and two of us had to sleep in our cars.
What i suggest is that we should focus on making multistoryed parkings so that we can accomodate more vehicles , more affordable accomodation like we have at Vishhno Devi or Somnath trust,more public conveniences, affordable canteens,electric charging points so vehicles are parked in respective parking slots and pilgrins can roam in e rishkshaw so that there is less vehicular and noise pollution and pilgrims take away good memories.
