点评：Be careful when booking a campsite at Croft State Park if you specifically need full hookups.
Before booking, I asked whether the campground had sewer hookups and was told “yes.” Based on that information, I reserved a site. When I arrived Sunday with my motorhome, I discovered there were no sewer hookups at the campsite itself—only a central dump station. Since full hookups were a requirement for our trip, I pulled into the site and then immediately left.
The next morning (Monday), I called and left a message explaining the situation and requesting a call back regarding a refund. I never received a return call. I called again Tuesday and was told refunds are not offered.
My issue is not the refund policy itself; it’s that I was given incorrect information when I booked and then did not receive a return call after requesting one.
If sewer hookups at your campsite are important to you, I would recommend verifying exactly what is available before making a reservation.
For anyone looking for a true full-hookup campground in the area, we ended up staying at Pine Ridge Campground and had a great experience. The campground was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, the pool was excellent, and golf cart rentals were available for only $20 per day. We were very happy with our stay there.
